Montpelier Plantation Inn and Beach Club is Situated On a 60 Acre Estate of Which 10 Acres Are Landscaped Approximately 700 Feet Above Sea Level On the Slopes of Mt. The Plantation Dating from the Early 1700s Was Previously a Sugar Estate. In 1787 It Hosted the Wedding of Horatio Nelson -Later Admiral Lord Nelson- And Fanny Nisbet. In 1963 the Current Owners Acquired the Estate and Out of the Ruins Converted It To a Plantation Inn. The Island - Nevis in the Leeward Islands of the West Indies is Less Than 2 Miles South-East of Its Sister Island St Kitts. It is Dominated by a 3232 Ft Extinct Volcanic Peak With Lush Slopes Falling To Unspoilt Beaches.
